Is the First Home Buyer Grant really helping us?!?!?!

I've been doing a re-search for a home in my area… and most agents told us that the market price has gone up because of the grant… well, we get the grant but the price goes up over all… we still be paying the same amount???!!!

Seem like only developers are getting more value out of this scheme… 

Another thing I hear for the cause of the market value is the interest rate… again… we pay less interest but pay more for the house… 

How does this work!?!?!?!?!?

It's been over a year since I started this blog….

I've been slack lately… yes… again… but, I changed the theme to refresh the look… and will continue to post more this time… I would like to introduce more information here… Well, I will try my best to post more…

This new theme is totally different to what I had before… It's really girly but I like it very much.. 

I feel terrible about myself…

My mom is going to a minor surgery tomorrow… but there is still some risk… So, I want to pray to god for her good health… to a successful surgery and be able to go home and have a health life…

I haven't been to church nor pray for very VERY long time… but when in need like this I still turn to god… I feel so guilty for doing this… and if there is god who probably turn back on me already and not listening to my prayer…  But I still want to pray for my mother… and it is me who has been bad and not my mother…

Please please help my mother to get through her surgery safefully tomorrow.

I believe that most things in this world can be achived by practice. I said most things because there are things that you need to be born talented…  

It's been about 4 months since I started to play golf… and it's no where near good… but I'm making some progress… I can hit the ball much better than before and lately, I managed to swing with the driver… It feels so good when I can actually hit the ball… nevermind where it goes… the feeling of hitting the ball without hitting the ground or missing the ball…

We are planning to go to the course for the first time this week too… I can't wait… I'm so excited and can't wait to practice and practice and play better golf!!!
