What kind of manager do you have?
Wednesday, January 16th, 2008Lately I hear many negative comments about my manager…
As for my opinion… I used to think that he was nicer as well. We understand that he is also under a lot of pressure… but he should always try to encourage his staff to make things better and not too much nagging… Also he need to listen to both side of story and not just from one way…
What I can tell is that he is losing a lot of trust and faith from his staff…
No body is perfect… and we all have our good and bad… pointing out bad is easy things to do but not helping to fix, it won't make things better…
Staff achivement is going to be his achivement… helping people through your life will make your life meaningful…
I hope I can see his mistake and learn from it. I don't exactly have anyone below me but hopefully we can expand out business one day.
And I hope I can be the good manager and not the bad one.
Things I wrote today don't really make sense… Anyway, I just wanted to remember this for my future…
