Lately I hear many negative comments about my manager…

As for my opinion… I used to think that he was nicer as well. We understand that he is also under a lot of pressure… but he should always try to encourage his staff to make things better and not too much nagging… Also he need to listen to both side of story and not just from one way…

What I can tell is that he is losing a lot of trust and faith from his staff…

No body is perfect… and we all have our good and bad… pointing out bad is easy things to do but not helping to fix, it won't make things better…

Staff achivement is going to be his achivement… helping people through your life will make your life meaningful…

I hope I can see his mistake and learn from it. I don't exactly have anyone below me but hopefully we can expand out business one day.

And I hope I can be the good manager and not the bad one.

Things I wrote today don't really make sense… Anyway, I just wanted to remember this for my future…

I've handed in my resignation letter today.

First step to live my life the way I want.

I was so nervous…

After chatting to my manager for a while and came out of his office. I was so relieve.

Just little over 5 weeks from today I can concentrate to the things I always wanted to do.

Counting down the day to leave this place… I can start to see the sun light coming out… The thought of that even make the job I hate easy and no trouble… no more stress…

My colleague don't know I'm leaving yet but he even told me that I look happier…

I really do appreciate the chance to work here. The knowledge and skills that I gain was precious. I know that I can do better if I stay and I can be really good at it…

But do I enjoy? No

Do I want to spend my 8 hours a day doing this? No

Even for the money? No

We had the first meeting today…

We all threw ideas at each others… so many things we want to do… and our imagination just keep growing..

Our discussion was going for long long time…

This is fantastic… But we can.. no.. we should only be do one thing at the time… well, to start with…

What do we do now… Where do we start…

I can now start to see the light…  it's still far… far far away but it is there… and we are sure heading down that way!!

This guy's father taught him that there is not many who born genius. Successful people use their time thoroughly compare to others.

When his father was young, he would go out with his friends and still complete his work or study afterward.

Results come from ability x time

I actually realised that I’m falling behind my friends… She opened up her business last year and investing more and more in other businesses. She is about to close another deal in the next few months.

People surrounding me keep on running while I was stopping right here and watch my time passes by…

What I need right now is encouragement and determination!! And keep on running… running and running… even running longer time so that I can catch up with others.

Most of the people who has desires for independence while working for others have aims to establish their own business in a few years time. They don’t necessary have any business plan but they imagine that they will find something, some ideas will come up in the next several years. However, 90 % of those people who just hope for something will come up will never end up opening their own business. To determining to work for others for the rest of your life is certainly not a wrong or bad idea at all.

But the fact is that majorities of people who wishes to establish something and never end up doing anything about it. When we asked them “why don’t you start your own business??” The answer is often “I don’t have the ability yet” or “I don’t have enough capital yet”. However, neither “The Ability to establish” nor “Enough Capital to establish” has a clear reference value. In a word, you actually making a wall in front of you that “It is still early to establish” in your mind.

To establish a business, actually requires experience rather than ability and for capital, doesn’t mean you will succeed if you have enough money to start the business. Even if you have been working on a careful business plan to prepare, and bring into the real world, it may be useless if you don’t have the actual experience. Then, what is has to be done now is to act immediately and start your own business now.
