Baked Cheese Cake

My friends requested to have a recipe so I thought about posting it here…
*Ingredient For 18cm Round*
Cream Cheese - 250g
Thicken Cream - 200g
Egg - 100g(Aprox. 2)
Caster Sugar - 80g
Self Rising Flour - 3 Table Spoons
Lemon Juice - 2 Table Spoons
Cracker - 85g
Butter (Unsalted) - 40g
Berries (Optional)
1. Melt the butter in the microwave for about 20~30 second
2. Put the cream cheese in a microwave to make it soft for about 30~45 second
3. Put cooking sheet in the bottom of the cake shape
4. Put crackers in the ball and crunch it fine then add the butter and mix well
5. Put 4 in bottom of cake shape and make it solid then put in the fridge.
6. Pre-heat the oven to 170 degree.
7. Add caster suger to a bawl with cream cheese and mix well(using beater)
8. When become creamy, add eggs a little bit at a time and mix well.
9. Add lemon juice, thicken cream and beat it well.
10. Use something like colander(?) to shake the self rising flour to make it fine and add to 8. This time don't use beater. Optionally add berries into the cake.
11. When there is no more rumps of flour pour into the cake shape 5 and put in the oven. Bake it for 40~45 minutes. If you add berries, bake for 55~60 minutes. You can put a stick through to check if it's cook. When nothing stick to it, it means done!
12. Let it cool down for a while and put it in the fridge over night.
